What you'll do:
As a Manual Test Engineer at Regnology, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing comprehensive manual test strategies that help us deliver robust, high-performing software. Your analytical mindset, proactive learning attitude, and ability to seamlessly pivot between different project contexts will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for complex applications.
• Perform thorough regression, functional, and exploratory testing to identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and product teams to integrate quality assurance early into the development lifecycle.
• Provide insights on risk assessment, helping the team prioritize testing efforts based on business impact and technical complexity.
• Continuously refine testing methodologies and documentation standards to increase team efficiency and product reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and domain knowledge to drive innovation in manual testing processes and user experience validation.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web and desktop applications.
• Solid understanding of the STLC, including test design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills of working effectively within Agile teams.
Must-Have Skills:
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps).

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail, reliability, and the overall user journey.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with DevTools and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to aid in debugging.
• Basic knowledge of containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and cloud deployment workflows.
• Understanding of automation concepts to help identify candidates for automated test suites.
• Familiarity with SQL for data verification and validating backend functionality.
• Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG) or basic security testing principles.
• Knowledge of REST API testing and related tooling, such as Postman, Swagger.
