Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Manual Software Tester based in Turkey to join our team of digital craftsmen. In this role, you will meticulously be evaluating both technical and functional requirements for innovative eCommerce projects. You will be instrumental in identifying and analyzing bugs, creating detailed test documentation, and suggesting software enhancements that elevate user experience. If you have a passion for precision and a strong background in manual software testing, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly assess technical and functional requirements for advanced eCommerce projects, ensuring all specifications meet the highest standards.

Identify, analyze, and document bugs and errors, providing clear, reproducible steps to aid the development team in achieving optimal solutions.

Develop comprehensive test cases and documentation that guide the development team toward delivering flawless software solutions.

Investigate client-reported issues with a focus on clarity and detail, ensuring precise steps for reproducing and resolving problems.

Propose software improvements that not only resolve existing issues but also enhance overall user experience and product quality.

Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing practices.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and regression testing.

Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous approach to testing and attention to detail.

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Monday.com, and reporting tools such as Excel.

Experience in testing eCommerce platforms and applications.

Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Appium.
