About the role

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our product. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to validate new features, identify risks early, and contribute to delivering a smooth and high-quality user experience. You will be part of an agile, collaborative environment where quality is a shared responsibility, and your attention to detail and analytical mindset will directly impact the success of our releases.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements, specs, and designs.
• Design clear, comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, security, accessibility, and exploratory testing.
• Log defects in the tracking systemParticipate in agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.
• Provide input on release readiness and potential risks.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of working experience as a QA Engineer in a technological environment.
• Being comfortable with working on software testing technologies.
• Competency in Quality Assurance concepts: test planning, test case design, test case prioritization, test case execution, bug reporting & tracking.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills combined with self-motivation.
• Excellent command of English and Greek language, verbal and written.
• Ideal future co-worker has a strong sense of humour, ownership and commitment to developing software with great quality.
