1st Shift

• Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Responsible for maintaining department files
• May assist with production planning and special projects
• Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
• Carries out other responsibilities as delegated by management in alignment with evolving business needs

• Minimum of 1 year, but 3 years preferred, of previous related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours
• Walking/standing, 4-6 hours
• Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours

12 hour D Shift- Sat-Mon, 5PM-5AM

Starting Rate is: 15.31

Shift Differential is: $3.00

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $15.31 to $18.86 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
