Your mission:
Join our vehicle systems team and contribute to the design, development, and certification of the aircraft’s Avionics and low voltage power distribution system. As a Working Student Electrical and Avionics Engineering (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation integrated flight deck and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Collaborate with the team to integrate Avionics and electrical systems into the overall aircraft design.
• Contribute to the architecture and interface definition of the various avionics subsystems and the low voltage power distribution system.
• Conduct research and benchmarking of relevant technologies and suppliers and assist in component selection.
• Perform, document and present trade studies and analysis for design decisions.
• Support low voltage electrics and avionics system engineering tasks, such as requirements management and functional hazard analysis.
Your profile:
• You are currently studying Aerospace or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• You are passionate about the electrification of aviation.
• You have a good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Knowledge of relevant certification standards (EASA CS-23, CS-ACNS, DO-160, DO-178 or SAE ARP4754) is a plus.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach to your work.
• You are proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
