Lead strategic transformation across wealth and asset management engagements, shaping outcomes that matter.

The RoleAs a Managing Principal, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements, driving business growth, and delivering impactful transformation across the Wealth & Asset Management space. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic direction while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients

• Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

• Drive business development, including shaping proposals and expanding existing accounts

• Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and commercial success

• Provide strategic insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth & Asset Management consulting or industry roles

• Proven track record of leading complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business growth

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
