Managing Director, Performance Marketing (Remote Canada)

The Managing Director, Performance will be the head of our largest business unit with $27m+ under management.

You will own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development.

This is an executive position which will directly report into the CEO, me.

• 5-6 Direct Reports, VP-level service line leaders

Hard Requirements:

• 5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP level direct reports

• True depth of B2B marketing expertise

• Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from your home office. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
