About the Role

As the Managing Director, Experience Media Network & Agency, you will be the architect of our internal media ecosystem. This is a "Unicorn Executive" role, leading a dual-purpose organisation: an In-House Digital Agency focused on high-performance marketing, and a pioneering Experience Media Network (EMN) designed to monetize our unparalleled first-party data.

You aren't just managing a team; you are building a high-growth business unit from the ground up. You will balance the creative art of brand experience with the rigorous data science of the transaction, bridging the gap between the fan journey and advertiser ROI.


Requirements:
Outcomes to Deliver

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define the long-term roadmap for the EMN, focusing on tech stack evolution and data monetisation while serving as the primary evangelist for our media capabilities to the C-suite.
• Agency Operations & Performance: Oversee end-to-end digital execution (SEM, Social, Programmatic) and ensure creative excellence that hits aggressive performance KPIs.
• EMN Monetization: Develop and price innovative advertising products—including display, off-site programmatic, and "clean room" data insights—to recruit and retain major brand advertisers.
• In-Venue Innovation: Oversee the commercialisation of in-venue digital assets (screens and experiential zones), collaborating with Venue owners to ensure a seamless fan journey and maximum yield.
• Commercial Growth: Take full P&L responsibility for the media business unit, identifying new revenue streams through data-as-a-service and loyalty program integrations.

Capabilities to Bring

• Entrepreneurial Hustle: You thrive in "incubator" environments where speed and adaptability are the currency. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it.
• Commercial Mastery: 15+ years in Digital Media or Agency leadership, with a track record of managing $50M+ budgets and deep knowledge of SaaS or Retail Media Network models.
• Technical IQ: A deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and Privacy Sandbox constraints. You have a clear "day one" point of view on navigating a cookieless future using first-party data.
• Grounded Storytelling: The ability to talk "attribution math" with analysts and "brand storytelling" with creatives, building trust through clear, direct communication.
• Proactive Leadership: You believe in rolling up your sleeves to get the hard yards done and are comfortable using AI to work at pace and precision.
