Managing Director – Capital Markets

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include originating and developing client relationships and revenue opportunities across Debt Capital Markets and structured products, with a particular focus on:

Residential and Commercial mortgage originators and issuers, CLO issuers, others assigned to you.

Institutional investors in structured products and related fixed income sectors

Assigned firm client relationships and targeted new business development

You will be expected to:

Generate, expand, and maintain issuer and investor relationships

Drive DCM execution opportunities including securitizations and related financings

Produce secondary trading and distribution revenue across structured products

Collaborate across the firm to cross-sell capabilities including IG corporates, equities, FX, and money market solutions

Maximize long-term revenue generation for both you and the firm

Help lead structured products syndicate and spread run distribution weekly.

Plan, Attend and lead industry conferences like SFVegas etc.

All activities are expected to align with the firm’s strategic objective of growing institutional distribution and capital markets revenues.
