We are now establishing Arcadion Spain, a new subsidiary headquartered in Barcelona, which will serve as our gateway into the European Union.

Position Overview

Arcadion is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director to build, scale, and lead Arcadion Spain. This role carries the mandate to introduce Arcadion’s full innovation portfolio — including Cylix and EspioLabs—into the EU marketplace.

In the early stages of development, the Managing Director will be supported by Arcadion & Cylix’s North American operations, ensuring the Spain subsidiary has immediate access to:

SOC, NOC, and cybersecurity analysts

Cloud and infrastructure engineering

AI architects, data scientists, and ML engineers (Cylix)

Creative, UX, and digital product teams (EspioLabs)

This allows Arcadion Spain to scale rapidly while focusing locally on market penetration, partnerships, enterprise relationships, and regional brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Multi-Division Growth

Establish Arcadion Spain and introduce the Arcadion, Cylix, and EspioLabs offerings into the EU market.

Develop enterprise pipelines across managed services, cybersecurity, AI, and digital innovation.

Build relationships with Spanish and EU enterprises, government agencies, and innovation hubs.

Leverage Canadian Delivery Teams

Utilize Arcadion Canada’s SOC, NOC, and cloud operations for delivery during early growth.

Work directly with Cylix AI teams to introduce predictive analytics, RAG, agent-based systems, and industry AI solutions into Europe.

Collaborate with EspioLabs for digital product builds, UX innovation, and customer experience alignment.

Operational Leadership (Growth Stage)

Develop the Barcelona HQ, legal structure, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.

Recruit a high-performance local technical and commercial team as revenue scales.

Oversee the P&L and transition the subsidiary toward operational maturity.

Enterprise Expansion & Partnership Ecosystem

Build strategic partnerships with cloud providers, cybersecurity vendors, EU innovation networks, and enterprise integrators.

Position Arcadion Spain as the European centre for modernization, AI adoption, and cybersecurity resilience.

Qualifications

Core Qualifications

Proven leadership launching or scaling technology, cybersecurity, AI, or managed services businesses in Europe.

Strong enterprise business experience, including C-level relationship building.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or AI/data fields.

Fluent in English; high proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan preferred.

Strong network in Spain’s tech ecosystem with ability to secure early enterprise clients.

Strategic Success Foundations (Strongly Preferred)

MBA or advanced business education, supporting strategic growth and financial oversight.

Access to government influence, public-sector networks, or European innovation bodies.

A book of business, enterprise relationships, and commercial connections to accelerate early traction.

Founder mindset capable of leading with a base salary with performance bonus, while working towards an equity ownership and long-term operational control.

Compensation & Ownership

Future Equity ownership in Arcadion Spain subsidiary.

Base salary; executive compensation activates as revenue milestones are achieved.

Long-term incentives including profit-sharing and performance bonuses tied to growth.

Potential future role: Regional Managing Director (Southern Europe or EU) as additional countries come online.
