ProSidian Consulting has an opportunity for a [MA-ARFP2013 : Managerial Accountant] located in Charlotte, NC | POSTING TYPE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME W2 HIRE.

ProSidian Consulting is seeking an experienced administrative specialist to support a logistics and fulfillment project as well as general corporate support.  The support specialist must be a highly-motivated professional with great communication skills and understanding of accounting, billing, invoicing, purchasing, reporting, and quality assurance/quality control.  This role is responsible for day-to-day operations support, working closely with project management and company systems.

The work shall be performed on-site at the Charlotte warehouse/office, with some travel required to the client site in the Fayetteville area.  Background checks are required for all employees.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment.  He/she must be able to work effectively at all levels of the organization, be results oriented, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a creative problem solver.

The following education and experience is required to accomplish project tasks:
• 3 or more years experience in accounting, administrative support, or similar roles
• Ability to document using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken for presentations
• Excellent team player
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Required Skills:
• Ambition and Motivation to grow and improve
• Experience and understanding of corporate accounting
• Understanding of computer file structures and basic backend website use 
• Experience in creating  reports, running analysis, and scheduling orders/invoices
• High Integrity and Reliability

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to learn and synthesize information quickly

Preferred Skills/Certifications
• Formal accounting education and/or experience
