ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Vice President, Product Management (DCS), the Manager, Technical Solutions & Implementation is responsible for delivering and supporting data collaboration implementations for Environics Analytics (EA) clients. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for client implementations, providing first-line support for EAVault (EA’s managed service data collaboration environment) and partner platform deployments (including LiveRamp ad tech, identity and clean room products), coordinating client requests, and ensuring the successful delivery of data collaboration solutions.
The Manager, Technical Solutions & Implementation acts as a hands-on technical expert within the DCS team, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners (including LiveRamp) to troubleshoot issues, guide implementations, and translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions. They play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence across all data collaboration engagements.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsibilities include:
Leading client implementations of clean rooms (including LiveRamp), EAVault, and related data collaboration platforms from kickoff through go-live.
Providing first-line technical support for partner platform implementations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with partners for escalated support where required.
Coordinating and prioritizing client requests, ensuring timely responses and clear communication of status, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinating with internal teams, including the Data Governance Office (DGO), Compliance, and IT to ensure implementations meet data handling, privacy, and security requirements
Supporting DCS Sales and Account Management with technical information, platform demonstrations, and solution design for prospective and existing clients.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and training materials for internal teams and clients.
Working closely with the VP, Product Management to identify product gaps, feature requests, and enhancements based on client feedback and implementation experience.
Supporting DCS Analytical Services with technical guidance on partner platforms (including LiveRamp) and data collaboration workflows.
Actively participating in partner status meetings and contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews with relevant implementation metrics and client feedback.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with client technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor on data collaboration best practices.
Maintaining current knowledge of partner platform updates (including LiveRamp), new features, and technical requirements to ensure implementations leverage the latest capabilities and best practices.
Developing expertise in client technical environments (cloud infrastructure, CDPs, CRM systems, data warehouses) to effectively design and deliver integration solutions.
Contributing to the overall success of the DCS team with passion, agility, and technical expertise to help build EA's data collaboration credibility with clients and meet delivery objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education and Experience
Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in business, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management
Experience in ad tech or ad operations, programmatic media, or digital advertising strongly preferred
Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and audience activation workflows
Strongly preferred
Experience with data collaboration platforms, clean rooms, or identity resolution solutions preferred
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure) an asset
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Confident, professional demeanour with clients and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Flexibility in taking on different tasks and adapting to the "start-up" environment of this business segment for EA (e.g. "roll up your sleeves" mindset)
Technical Skills – Able to understand and work with technical documentation, APIs, and data schemas. Comfortable navigating cloud platforms, data pipelines, and integration workflows. Effectively troubleshoots technical issues using systematic approaches.

Ad Tech & Media Knowledge – Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including audience targeting, identity resolution, and campaign activation. Familiarity with how brands, agencies, publishers, and retail media networks leverage data collaboration for advertising use cases.
Problem Solving – Approaches challenges with resourcefulness and persistence. Able to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Escalates appropriately when required while maintaining ownership of client outcomes.
Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities effectively to manage multiple concurrent implementations. Accurate, concise, and efficient when communicating status and timelines. Exhibits agility and responsiveness in client interactions.
Communication Skills – Able to clearly and confidently communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Effectively listens for understanding and asks questions for clarification. Documents processes and solutions thoroughly.
Teamwork – Collaborates effectively with Sales, Account Management, Analytical Services, and Product teams. Shares knowledge and supports colleagues. Puts the team's success above one's own interests.
