Job Duties:
Serve as the main point of contact responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client feedback and leading team meetings. Mentor and guide Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts to foster technical development. Deliver consulting projects and ensure quality, budget, and timely delivery. Execute specialty project tasks based on areas of expertise. Review and approve methodology and approach of projects. Interface with clients, project stakeholders, and partner firms. Report project status, including budget and project schedule, to Principal. Monitor clients’ RFPs and actively identify opportunities throughout the project. Prepare proposals and pursuits, including the development of project methodologies, budgets, and schedules and presenting strategic recommendations. Conduct financial modeling of operations and maintenance and economic analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related experience within the rail sector, including experience with budget planning, Economic Analysis, project implementation, and controlling. Proficiency with SAP FI/CO required. Brief domestic travel required.

We offer an annual gross salary between $150,000 and $170,000 + bonus for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
