About the Team Workday’s Integration Consulting teams are driven by a passion for our products and the success of our customers in implementing our best-in-class cloud solutions. We’re a diverse group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds, located across multiple locations. The Integration Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s various technical requirements. About the Role Responsibilities include: Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Integration. Promote a team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative work environment while maintaining and continuously improving the consultant onboarding, performance management, and career development process. Collaborate with Resource Management, Sales, and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the skills vital to Workday consultants. Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives. Become knowledgeable in the Workday product, methodology, and customer requirements by actively providing consulting services and working closely with the project teams. Ensure the consultants are adhering to the activities, processes, and procedures outlined in Workday's Implementation Methodology. Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives. Manage a group of Workday Integration Services Consultants who design, develop, and deploy integrations during Workday Implementations in partnership with our customers and third parties. About You Would you enjoy leading a team in a fast paced environment? Do you have an appetite for variety and challenging business problems to solve? Are you a great communicator with a passion for providing expert services to help our customers maximize the value of Workday solutions and coach less experienced team members? The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services as it relates to enterprise software. Requirements include: Basic Qualifications 5 years of Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Confirmed knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices Experience leading teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team implementing Integrations, including (ideally) implementing integrations with Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management or Student Information Systems. Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar Finance, HCM and CRM applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English at a business level ​ Other Qualifications Understanding of integration patterns, data manipulation and transmission, including optimization for creating maximum efficiencies in speed and performance In-depth understanding of APIs, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT Excellent analytical and proven problem-solving skills both technically and functionally. Strong consulting, leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation in external client facing environments. Critical thinker & innovator with the ability to bring new ideas to life A problem solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service Self-starter with proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations Strong team player, committed to high quality delivery Excellent written and oral English communication skills Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
