Join our Student Office at the Vallendar campus and actively shape the study experience of our bachelor students. In a dynamic and international environment, you will contribute to ensuring excellent service quality and efficient administrative processes.
Our bachelor programs attract ambitious, high-achieving students from around the world. A professional, service-oriented administration forms the foundation for a successful academic journey – from enrollment to graduation (or deregistration).
As Manager Student Office (f/m/d), you will take on a central role in the comprehensive support of our students. You will be responsible for administration within the bachelor programs, prepare certificates and invoices, manage digital student records, and serve as a competent point of contact for administrative matters.
In addition, you will work closely with program management as well as internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to the further development of a modern, service-oriented administration.
Take on responsibility in a key position and help shape the quality and professionalism of student administration at WHU in a sustainable way.
This position is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
Your mission:
• Manage student administration within our bachelor programs and ensure smooth processes.
• Support and guide students reliably throughout the entire student lifecycle – from enrollment to graduation/deregistration.
• Prepare invoices and certificates, maintain digital student records, and ensure careful documentation.
• Provide competent support to students regarding administrative matters and work closely with program management to continuously develop a service-oriented administration.
• Communicate and cooperate professionally with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and student-centered administration.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives within the Student Office and support the continuous optimization, further development, and innovation of our student services and processes.
Your profile:
• Relevant educational qualification, preferably an academic degree.
• Initial experience in office management.
• Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, as well as an independent and structured working style.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• High level of social competence and ability to work in a team.
