We’re growing rapidly, with in‑house re‑conditioning centres, a captive lending platform and a national logistics network, we combine manufacturing‑grade operations with tech‑enabled consumer experience. We plan to list publicly within 24–36 months and are building the finance foundation to get there.

The role

As Manager, Strategic Finance you will be the modelling and analytics engine that keeps our forecast live, distils insights for senior leaders and supports capital-markets workstreams.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day maintenance of the corporate model; build scenario & sensitivity dashboards.

• Produce monthly business-review decks and department scorecards.

• Deep-dive analyses on key strategic projects, unit economics, market sizing, etc. that will help the business make better decisions.

• Extract data from Snowflake/Looker, reconcile to the GL and automate reporting.

• Support fundraising (financial modeling, preparing for investor meetings and due diligence, lender covenant tracking, etc.).

What you bring

• 3-5 yrs IB/PE analyst/associate or FP&A analyst in a growth company.

• 10/10 Google-Sheets skills and comfort working in other data systems (Looker, Metabase, etc.).

• Relentless attention to detail, structured thinking, ownership mentality, and a passion for building processes from the ground up (and iterating on them to improve automation and efficiency, and improve accuracy).

• Insatiable curiously about our business, its key drivers, and how to optimize it. You’ll constantly ask questions of our data, our performance, and our strategic direction that will help us improve the business daily.
