Manager/ Sr Manager - Manufacturing Analytics SME

We are seeking a Manufacturing Analytics SME to provide subject-matter expertise to build manufacturing intelligence solutions by integrating shop-floor, MES, historian, and enterprise data to enable real-time analytics and operational use cases across business units and domains.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, engaging with both internal teams and client stakeholders, and translating manufacturing data into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide SME support in building manufacturing intelligence applications
• Advise on the integration of MES, historians (GE Predix / OSI Pi), and enterprise data platforms
• Enable use cases such as Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, Digital Twin, Production & Process Monitoring, and OEE
• Support development of real-time and near real-time shop-floor analytics

Requirements:
• 7–12 years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing Domain or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with MES platforms, industrial historians (OSIsoft PI, GE Predix) etc.
• Strong understanding of IT–OT integrations
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and intelligence use cases (OEE, asset health, production monitoring)
• Experience with cloud-based manufacturing analytics
• Background in Industry 4.0 initiatives
