ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Operations and Vendor Relations Specialist. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with global telecommunications providers, ensuring smooth operational performance, accurate billing, timely dispute resolution, and efficient internal workflow coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in A2P messaging, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily communication and operational relationships with telecom vendors and partners
Oversee billing validation, dispute handling, and financial reconciliation processes
Track and monitor procurement team activities, task queues, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Support contract and commercial management activities as needed
Analyze supplier performance, traffic trends, and commercial data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Maintain organized documentation and reporting on supplier interactions and internal processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tools, and reporting dashboards
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English (C1 or higher), with strong written and spoken communication skills for international partner interactions
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or similar roles
Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in A2P messaging or a telecommunications environment
Experience with ERP or procurement management tools such as SAP or Jira
Basic understanding of commercial agreements and telecom pricing models
Familiarity with data querying tools
