We are now looking for a Manager, Silicon Operations Production Planning to join our advanced packaging operations and supply planning team in Santa Clara Office.
What you'll be doing:
• You will build and lead a dynamic team of operations supply planners. You will act as a vital connection within Operations, Engineering and the Business Units to set priorities and supply strategies.
• You'll own operations' supply commitments for multiple advanced packaging chip product families that the company will rely on to make customer and revenue commitments.
• Present supply challenges to management team and make recommendations for resolutions, including capacity and material investments, trade-offs, risk calls, and beyond.
• Drive team to craft optimized production schedule for multiple products and SKUs considering die availability, priorities, materials availability and constraints for NVIDIA's execution teams. Alongside also drive and influence decisions on dependent demands of high bandwidth memories (HBMs), interposers, substrates, and other materials, in order to support the required build plan.
• Work closely with teams and leaders from wafer planning team, datacenter systems planning team, and business unit representatives to drive and align supply strategies, ensuring optimized build plan to meet demand. Your involvement will be essential in understanding and addressing alignment issues between wafer supply and FG build plan.
• Often times there will be capacity, materials, and production issues that will prevent satisfying all demand. You will be the leader in charge to determine tradeoff options and work with internal partners to craft the optimal plan.
• Work with the program managers & engineers to facilitate ramp plans for products from early-stage sampling to high-volume production.
• It's NVIDIA's culture to keep striving for continuous improvement with our partners. You will provide suggestions to the management team of NVIDIA and its subcontractors on how to pursue a higher performance level on our Key Performance Indexes including committed shipment hit rate, cycle time, and production line efficiency.
What we need to see:
• 7+ overall years of working experience in the semiconductor operations field - Supply Planning / Supply Chain or relevant areas, along with 3+ years of experience managing team(s) with direct reports.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor Planning.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to balance the right amount of vital details along with succinctly summarized big picture to drive decisions with senior and executive management.
• Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, SAP APO, IBP, Windchill, industry leading Advanced Planning software.
• Language: Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Personality: highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 247,250 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
