Manager / Senior Manager to Deloittes Transfer Pricing department in Malmö!

We are looking for driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Transfer Pricing Team. Transfer pricing is a multi-faceted / multi-functional discipline in which economics, financial analysis, business, accounting, and tax law are combined. Transfer pricing refers to the pricing of cross-border transactions between companies within the same multinational group and the determination of pricing models for the same. Our work involves analyzing the value chains of multinational groups to ensure that remuneration and taxation are aligned with value creation.

We are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager with five to eight years of experience in transfer pricing and/or tax, who has preferably worked in a consulting firm. This individual may have an educational background in economics, law, accounting or similar. We are in an expansion phase and are therefore looking for additional members for our team in Malmö who can drive projects forward, build client relationships and collaborate with the wider tax group and the Deloitte network to expand our business offering.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive work independently and lead more junior team members in delivering solutions to complex projects within restructurings, TP models, defense and negotiations with tax authorities. We work with the largest Swedish multinationals within finance, pharma, industrial conglomerates, fintech and energy, among others. Your responsibilities comprise developing and maintaining client relationships, actively contribute to leading and developing junior team members, leading proposals and marketing initiatives including client presentations and seminars.

The start date is flexible, but preferably as soon as possible.

• 5-8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and/or Tax, preferably from a consulting firm or corporate role.
• Master of Science degree (or similar) in business, economics, finance, accounting, or international tax law preferred.
• Very strong analytical abilities and high initiative in maintaining and building client relationships and a network of both internal and external contacts. 
• Demonstrate a high level of leadership skills and interest in sharing and developing knowledge within the team.
• Excellent ability to work in a team environment and lead junior team members in delivering high quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. 
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail, the ability to lead multiple projects at the same time, and collaborate with different personality types, both in terms of client contacts and team members.
