Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’s Mergers & Acquisitions team comprises over 40 specialists and stands as the largest and most experienced transaction advisory team in the country. We support clients throughout the entire process - from strategy development and investor discussions to final negotiations. We operate on both the sell-side and buy-side, delivering advisory services for the most prestigious transactions in the Polish market and the CEE region.  

For 7 consecutive years, we have held the 1 position in Poland based on the number of completed transactions according to Mergermarket. Over the last 5 years alone, we have successfully closed 87 major deals valued at approximately PLN 35 billion, advising leading corporations and investment funds.     

Our extensive experience and proven track record have earned us multiple accolades, including repeatedly being named Transaction Advisor of the Year by the Polish Private Equity Association (PSIK), as well as consistent recognition in the prestigious Mergermarket and Thomson Reuters rankings.   

We are looking for:  

Manager / Senior Manager 

Your future role: 

• Comprehensive management of M&A projects (sell-side / buy-side), overseeing their strategy and execution across various industries,   
• Managing the preparation and supervising the finalization of high‑quality, advanced transaction documentation,   
• Leading business valuation analyses and providing direct oversight of the analytical team, 
• Coordinating the creation and review of sophisticated financial models supporting investment decision-making,   
• Delivering key presentations and conducting negotiations with clients, investors, and executive board members, 
• Developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships while initiating new strategic transactional opportunities, 
• Representing the firm at high‑profile industry conferences and events, strengthening the team’s market position. 

Apply if you have: 

• At least 5-7 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or transaction advisory in a managerial or senior role,  
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations,  
• Perfect command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, using them to build advanced models and compelling presentations,  
• Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content,  
• Experience in effective team management and the delivery of multi‑stage projects,  
• A high level of independence, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities under time pressure,  
• Full professional proficiency in Polish and English, enabling you to lead business discussions at the highest level.
