What you’ll do

This role is a high-impact opportunity for a culinary project management expert to drive strategic, global improvements by managing and operationalizing the Culinary Strategy Roadmap. You will be responsible for:

• Drive scalability and standardization of culinary and product operations processes across markets to foster efficiencies.

• Act as the culinary expert, advising on strategic product development and operationalizing menu architecture guidance into concrete delivery roadmaps for local teams.

• Lead and manage Culinary process improvement initiatives, creating a cross-market roadmap to increase productivity of Local Culinary teams, identifying and influencing the implementation of winning tools and best practices (including GenAI).

• Act as the international contact for culinary teams in local markets, collaborating and building strong relationships between international and local teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure cross-market adoption of global initiatives.

• Collaborate with tech teams to deliver improvements on internal recipe writing systems, customer facing solutions and standardization of data bases across markets.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 3-6 years experience within food, such as food product development, operations or project management, able to work autonomously

• Great organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment

• Decent analytical skills, ability to work with Google Sheets/Slides and to use Tableau for data-driven decision making, proficient AI skills

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• Team player, able to thrive in a large international organization and to manage and influence key stakeholders across functions and markets
