Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and dedicated Manager - Security Workers Village (MAS8-20003632) to oversee the safety and security operations for our workers' village. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment for all personnel while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Your leadership will guide a team of security professionals focused on protecting the welfare of the workforce and safeguarding the facilities. You will develop security protocols tailored to the unique context of the workers' village and ensure effective implementation of security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures specifically for the Workers Village.
• Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Supervise and mentor security personnel, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to facilitate a comprehensive security strategy.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security technology, including surveillance systems and access controls.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring swift action and proper reporting.
• Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among all workers residing within the village.
• Prepare regular reports on security operations, incidents, and improvement measures for senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In-depth understanding of security principles, practices, and applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring security staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Proficient in the use of security technology and incident management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
