Manager - Security and Threat (DEL 3)

Position Summary

The Manager – Security & Threat leads the governance of security operations and threat management across Qiddiya Workers Villages.

Key Purpose of the Role

To prevent, detect, and respond to security threats through disciplined security governance and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement security and threat management frameworks.

· Oversee access control, patrols, and CCTV operations.

· Lead threat assessments and vulnerability analyses.

· Coordinate intelligence and threat alerts with authorities.

· Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with Saudi security regulations.

· Maintain training and licensing compliance.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

· Approved security and threat frameworks.

· Threat risk registers and assessments.

· Incident investigation reports.

· Emergency and crisis response plans.

· Security KPI dashboards and reports.

· Security incident rate and response time.

· Threat assessment completion rate.

· Audit non-conformance rate.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in security management, Risk Management, or related field.

· Professional security certifications preferred.

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 8 years of experience in security and threat management.

· At least 3 years in a managerial role.
