Purpose of Job

We're looking for a Manager of Resourcing to spearhead the expansion of our resource management operations and build scalable processes across our India offices in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore.

We'll trust you to::
• Design and implement scalable staffing and resourcing processes, systems, and performance standards for tech and consulting project delivery.
• Partner with delivery teams and leadership across both offices to forecast demand, align resources to projects, and close capacity gaps.
• Track, analyze, and optimize resource utilization—ensuring the right people are on the right projects.
• Identify necessary dashboards and reporting to deliver transparency on resource pipelines, utilization metrics, and staffing outcomes.
• Lead continuous process improvements—streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and embedding operational excellence.
• Act as a systems thinker—connecting staffing strategy across US and India operations, identifying dependencies, and removing roadblocks.
• Coach and grow your resourcing team—fostering collaborative discipline and talent development.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment to support proactive sourcing, onboarding, and deployment aligned to project timelines.
• Measure and report on key resourcing metrics (e.g., time to deploy, pipeline strength, utilization) and maintain accountability to goals.

You'll need to have::
• Proven resourcing or staffing leadership within combined tech + consulting organizations
• Track record of building resourcing functions from the ground up, bringing order and efficiency to rapid growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with dashboards, forecasting, utilization modeling, and data-driven staffing decisions.
• A systems-oriented mindset paired with a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" approach to making things happen.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management—with delivery leads, HR, recruitment, and senior leadership.
• Experience in coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with resource management tools, PSA or workforce analytics platforms (or eagerness to implement them).
