Responsibilities

• Leading talent acquisition efforts to source, assess, and hire across multiple trading teams globally with a focus on quant roles

• Partnering with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and other stakeholders to cultivate a deep understanding of Tower’s needs and to make recommendations regarding recruiting strategies

• Tapping into networks of quant talent, creatively sourcing via social media platforms and other creative ways of finding talent directly

• Optimizing relationships with external recruiters - using this reliable network of recruiters strategically, working closely with them throughout the search process

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and candidates who could be matches for future openings

• Curating the pipeline of talent including new PM talent and all potential talent for existing trading teams

• Staying abreast of industry news and market intelligence to ensure Tower maintains a competitive advantage in identifying and meaningfully engaging top candidates

• Acting as the spoke of the candidates’ relationships with Tower. Whether you are contacting a former candidate regarding a new opportunity or extending an offer of employment, you will be on the front line

• Managing the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process - from sourcing candidates, managing pipeline activity, screening candidates, collating feedback, structuring offer, obtaining approval, making offer and seamlessly transitioning to HRBP/onboarding team

• Facilitating the decision making across teams and/or with the hiring manager specifically

• Participating in various recruiting-focused initiatives such as talent mapping exercises, competitive intelligence analysis and sharing, etc.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience with quant recruiting

• Strong direct sourcing skills and experience

• Strategic thinking skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach

• The ability to reprioritize at any moment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Experience interacting with all levels of internal clients. Can handle tough conversations and demanding requirements and deadlines
