Role Overview:
As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a growing QA team to ensure quality of datacentric, AI-driven, and scalable cloud systems. You will define automation plans and provide guidance for BI test coverage strategy, backend validations, and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Lead QA delivery and test automation for cloud-native and AI-based platforms
• Define and implement BI data validation strategy across analytics layers
• Collaborate with product/data engineering on test coverage, data traceability, and reporting accuracy
• Drive CI/CD quality metrics, regression automation, and performance testing
 

Requirements:
• 12+ years in QA/test automation, with 3+ years in management
• Proven experience testing data-driven platforms, pipelines, and BI-related validation
logic
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and AI/ML pipelines
• Automation experience in Java/Python, Jenkins, Docker, Git
 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, container orchestration
• Familiarity with test data management, test environments for batch/stream processing
