ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with 5-10 years of experience to oversee the QA test plan and schedule for various projects. The ideal candidate will manage QA resources and ensure thorough testing for both web and mobile applications. This position requires availability to 5 days a week in-client office - Hong Kong based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the QA test plan and schedule for multiple projects.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business analysts, to define testing requirements and strategies.

• Oversee the execution of manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

• Establish and enforce QA processes and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Monitor project progress and report on testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Manage resource allocation for QA activities across different projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance, bringing innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on managing QA processes for web and mobile applications.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
