The Manager – Provident Fund will be responsible for managing end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) operations and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong expertise in PF administration, close coordination with government authorities, and proactive employee support to ensure accurate and timely PF processes.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

PF Operations & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate PF contributions, deposits, and statutory filings in compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage complete PF lifecycle activities including employee enrollments, transfers, withdrawals, and settlements
• Prepare and submit monthly PF challans and maintain accurate statutory records

Regulatory Liaison & Audits

• Coordinate with EPFO and other regulatory bodies for inspections, audits, and clarifications
• Handle PF audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps

Employee Support & Advisory

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee PF-related queries, claims, and withdrawals
• Provide guidance and clarity on PF policies, processes, and statutory benefits

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure seamless PF processing and reconciliation
• Validate payroll inputs related to PF deductions and contributions

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare periodic MIS, compliance dashboards, and statutory reports
• Track regulatory updates and implement necessary process or policy changes
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Provident Fund laws, rules, and statutory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing statutory data and records
• Proven ability to interact effectively with government authorities and auditors
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information
