As a Manager – Projects, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to project execution. The role requires a strong balance of planning, coordination, and problem-solving to successfully manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Retail to ensure seamless execution.
• Track project progress against defined KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through structured project management practices.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions with senior leadership.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and impact.
• Maintain proper documentation of project plans, changes, approvals, and post-implementation learnings.
• Support execution of key business initiatives such as system implementations, process changes, and new launches.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail, consumer, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and deliver results.
