Manager - Production

The Manager - Production is responsible for overseeing the production operations at Six Flags Qiddiya City. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day production activities, ensuring that production targets are met
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize efficiency and meet customer demand
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments, such as R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth production operations
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support
• Monitor and analyze production data and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Implement initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance process efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the entertainment or theme park industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, minimum 5 years of production management experience, strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of production processes and quality standards
