Job Purpose: As the Manager Esports Nations Cup (ENC) Product, you will support the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of the Esports Nations Cup tournaments. You will work closely with internal departments, external vendors, and national teams to ensure all aspects of the product design and tournament operations are successfully delivered.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for esports. You will play a key part in ensuring that the ENC runs smoothly, meeting its strategic objectives while providing a world-class experience for players, partners, and fans.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in executing the ENC product strategy and event roadmap.

• Coordinate operational elements of the ENC tournament, including qualification stages, team participation, and event schedules.

• Assist in developing and implementing product features such as tournament formats, rule sets, and national representation criteria.

• Liaise with internal teams — including Games, Marketing, Broadcast, and Commercial — to ensure alignment and readiness across all product phases.

• Manage timelines, trackers, and operational documentation for product milestones and deliverables.

• Oversee coordination with vendors, venues, and production teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Support the setup and execution of live tournament operations and provide on-site assistance as required.

• Monitor and report on product KPIs, helping to evaluate event performance and fan engagement.

• Conduct benchmarking research on global esports and sports competitions to identify best practices.

• Collect, organize, and summarize feedback from participants, fans, and partners post-event.

• Assist in managing product budgets, invoices, and tracking expenses.

• Contribute to product presentations, progress updates, and reports for senior management.

• Ensure adherence to EWC Foundation’s product governance processes, brand guidelines, and operational standards.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding ENC product logistics and updates.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in the esports or sports industry, with a focus on product management, tournament design, or event execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale esports or international sports tournament structures.

• Strong understanding of national representation frameworks and competitive ecosystems.

• Familiarity with global esports trends, event operations, and audience engagement.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use performance data for strategic decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and high-pressure environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
