Manager, Product Delivery
Customer Delivery Canada is part of Global Customer Delivery and the North American Markets organization. We play a critical role in the successful implementation of Mastercard products and solutions for customers and internal stakeholders by partnering across global and regional teams to deliver with excellence.
As Manager, Product Delivery, you will lead delivery readiness and execution of customer implementations and/or go-to-market internal readiness for payment products and solutions in Canada. You’ll work across Product, Technology, Operations, and client teams to bring new capabilities to market—balancing speed, quality, risk management, and an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery governance for Customer implementations of assigned products and solutions, ensuring predictable execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and other cross-functional teams to define and continuously improve repeatable delivery models that enable new capabilities to be deployed at scale.
• Provide program/project leadership and subject matter expertise across delivery, capturing lessons learned and best practices to evolve delivery capabilities.
• Define, document, and operationalize delivery processes; incorporate market inputs and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Support internal and client-facing engagements, including planning, workshops, and readiness activities that enable successful launches and adoption.

• Demonstrated program/project leadership experience, including planning, organizing, prioritization, and delivery in a matrixed environment
• Ability to understand, simplify, assess impact and communicate complex business and technical challenges and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to execution under competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive shared outcomes.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in fast-paced environments; proactive, resilient, and outcomes-oriented.
• Collaborative leader and team player who builds strong partnerships across functions and supports the development of others.
• Understanding of the payments ecosystem and value chain.
• Delivery/deployment experience with payments solutions is preferred, especially in areas that include APIs, tokenization, real-time payments, and/or commercial products.
• Fluent in English; Canadian French is an asset.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay Ranges
Toronto, Canada: $109,000 - $158,000 CAD
