WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Excellence Analyst to support process documentation, analysis, and improvement initiatives within the Process Excellence function. This role operates strictly under the direction of the Director – Process Excellence and focuses on creating structured process artefacts, analytical inputs, and documentation to support standardization, efficiency, and governance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Process Documentation & Mapping

• Create and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process maps as assigned

• Document SOPs, workflows, control points, and process updates

• Ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, and rollout-ready

• Process Analysis Support

• Analyze transaction data, defects, rework, and inefficiencies

• Support root cause analysis and impact assessments

• Provide structured analytical inputs for process improvement initiatives

• Performance & Change Support

• Track defined KPIs related to quality, productivity, TAT, and SLA adherence

• Support readiness activities for process or technology changes

• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are reflected in updated documentation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field

• 8–10 years of experience in transaction quality, process analysis, or operations support roles

• Strong experience in process mapping and SOP documentation

• Good analytical skills and comfort with Visio, Powerpoint, Excel and reporting tools

• High attention to detail and structured execution mindset
