We are currently looking for a Manager join our Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management business unit, and provide strategic and operational advisory for our clients.

Position overview:

As a Manager, you will lead a team and to provide the delivery of our programmes, whilst building your carer around like-minded professionals that strive to implement market-leading practices for our Singapore office. Given the global nature of our firm, you will support clients from all around the world, typically focusing on  Private Banking and Asset & Wealth Management.

You’ll also work with Sia consultants from other offices to leverage on our global network and help clients deliver successful projects.

 

This will involve:

• Participation in projects with leading banks and Financial Institutions.
• Typically work with a team of 2-5 consultants
• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge and consulting best practices with the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships and establish credibility and build rapport with clients.
• Identify key business opportunities and support the sale of Sia’s service to potential clients.
• Develop impactful solutions by analysing data, formulating hypothesis and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ensuring hands on approach to growing the office with emphasis on high standard client delivery, content development and business development
• Working closely in a diverse and international environment with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge.
• Lead a high-performing team as well as identify suitable talents for the team.

• Deep expertise in products and market architecture related to private banking, wealth management or asset servicing.
• Proven strong Project Management experience and ability to manage complex projects.
• Ability to drive relevant business decisions, accelerate projects delivery and mitigate, deter and escalate risks and issues efficiently.
• Ability to translate complex conversations into relevant business decisions, accelerate projects delivery and mitigate, deter and escalate risks and issues efficiently.

 

 

• At least a Bachelor or equivalent in Economic, Business, Engineering or Finance.
• 6 – 10 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience as a management consultant for banks, and/or is part of middle and back offices.
• Fluency in English
