Role Overview

TW Pricing Operations is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead a team and partner with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale initiatives that improve Coupang’s pricing competitiveness and customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in process planning, analytical, innovative, and business-savvy, able to think strategically while being hands-on to ensure operational excellence.

What You Will Do

•
Create market research processes and frameworks to analyze data and help Coupang teams understand consumer experiences and make pricing decisions.

Analyze operational data to identify issues and propose both short-term and long-term solutions to enhance the execution and efficiency of market research processes.

Work with junior team members and operators for daily operation.

•
Analyze primary and secondary data from multiple data sources related to specific products, delivery conditions, sales channels, and market prices to assist in daily pricing decisions and recommend changes to pricing policies for retail products.

•
Collaborate with partner teams (accounting, operations, product management, catalog, consumer experience, purchasing, and inventory) throughout various stages of the market research process.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles, incl. 3+ years with responsibility for the set-up of operational processes, oversight over process execution, delivery of improvement programs.

Strong focus on accuracy and detail in operational processes and market research, with demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results within time constraints.

•
Experience in conducting hands-on deep dives into issues, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions.

•
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to provide insights, drive changes in operational processes and measure impact.

• Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize information quickly, extract key insights, and present insights to senior manager- and director-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency if SQL is a plus, which can be helpful in daily data process.

• Proficiency in English listening.and spearking.
