Who are we hiring?
The Manager, People Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the enterprise-wide performance program, compliance training, and manager assessments. In close partnership with Human Resources Business Partners, Compliance, Technology, Compensation, Legal, and Communications teams, this role ensures programs are scalable, engaging, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities to drive individual and organizational effectiveness.
What will you do?
• Manage performance, compliance, and assessment cycles and related initiatives, including developing and executing project plans and timelines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end reviews across the Family of Companies.
• Own and manage the compliance training program, including designing engaging training experiences that meet regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and appropriate audience targeting, and delivering content via the Learning Management S
• Manage assessment programs for current employees and candidates, including partnering with the business to establish job profiles, vendor coordination, administration, and feedback/debrief facilitation.
• Leverage assessment insights to identify skill gaps, inform hiring decisions, and shape targeted development strategies.
• Design and develop training resources (e.g., workshops, courses, job aids) to support managers and employees in effective performance practices and address identified development needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across all programs through analysis of employee feedback (e.g., surveys, after-action reviews) and program metrics to identify trends and implement enhancements.
What do you need to succeed?
• 5+ years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or Performance Management.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is
• Demonstrated experience leading performance management processes and cycles in a complex organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats, applying adult learning principles.
• Experience using survey or assessment tools to gather insights and inform decisions.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, including Oracle Goals & Performance and Oracle Learn, is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance training requirements and experience partnering with Legal and/or Compliance teams is a plus.

Pay Range
$83,000—$140,000 USD
