Band 7, $104,497 - $116,068 plus 12% superannuation

We’re looking for a Manager, People & Culture to lead our P&C function and help build a workforce that is capable, inclusive and ready for the future.
About the role:
This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine influence.
You’ll lead a high-performing team and partner with leaders across the organisation to strengthen capability, shape culture and support our people through a period of meaningful change.
You’ll also be part of our Strategic Leadership Team, contributing to organisation-wide priorities and decisions.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting a trusted, high-performing P&C team
Partnering with leaders to provide practical, proactive advice
Driving leadership capability, culture and engagement initiatives
Leading workforce planning to support future service delivery
Supporting organisational change and transformation
Managing industrial relations and enterprise agreement matters
Strengthening health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation
Using data and insights to inform decisions and improvements
Supporting teams to confidently respond to increasingly complex community needs
