• Solid expertise in human resources management, labor law and HR processes
• a high level of trustworthiness and discretion
• Excellent communication, facilitation and moderation skills
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of HR tools, reporting and administrative processes
• High level of empathy, conflict resolution skills and integrity
• Good understanding of agency-specific workflows and creative team dynamics
Your Tasks
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Developing and continuously improving People & Culture processes, guidelines and formats
• Moderating feedback, development and conflict resolution conversations
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
• Maintaining HR data, analyses and reports
• Actively contributing to the development and strengthening of the JvM culture
