Manager - OT Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a knowledgeable and innovative Manager - OT Security to protect our operational technology environments against evolving cyber threats. This key role involves leading our efforts in safeguarding critical infrastructure, ensuring the safety and reliability of systems that support our unique entertainment and lifestyle projects in Qiddiya.

Your initiatives will focus on developing robust security programs and practices tailored to our operational technology landscape. You will oversee the implementation of security measures, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with IT and OT teams to develop a comprehensive cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a strategic framework for operational technology security that aligns with the overall risk management strategy of Qiddiya.
• Lead and manage the OT security team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary remediation steps.
• Collaborate with IT counterparts to integrate cybersecurity practices across both IT and OT environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in OT environments, ensuring timely containment and resolution.
• Work with external vendors and service providers to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive security awareness initiatives aimed at educating employees about OT security risks and protocols.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the field of OT security, adapting strategies as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in OT security, with a strong focus on risk management and incident response.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and associated security concerns.
• Strong familiarity with security protocols, tools, and frameworks relevant to operational technology.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive security initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, complemented by strong communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
