At the heart of these priorities lies our People and Inclusion (P&I) strategy, which underpins KPMG's focus on inspiring confidence, empowering change, and achieving these bold ambitions. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, narratives and practical recommendations to support decision‑making and action at a senior level.
• Coordinate and support the operation and maturity of firm‑wide culture enablement activities (e.g. GPS, Ethics Champion Network), including planning, communications and engagement cadence.
• Apply structured change management and business readiness practices to support successful implementation and transition of initiatives into business‑as‑usual.
• Build strong working relationships with CLTC peers, Centres of Excellence and Divisional P&I Business Partners to ensure coordinated and consistent employee experience.
• Contribute to culture reporting and updates for senior leadership forums, including preparation of papers, presentations and progress updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities across initiatives and escalate appropriately in line with governance.
• Strong capability in analysing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and tell a clear story.
• Sound project delivery skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management and tracking progress against milestones.
• Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high‑quality documents and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong change management and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Collaborative and adaptable working style, with a commitment to continuous improvement and role‑modelling firm values.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in organisational culture, employee experience, change, and organisational development.
• Experience working in complex or professional services environments is advantageous
• Resources, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications regarded).
