ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong background in Vendor Management and Procurement to support our KYC team at Tide. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our vendor operations—ensuring our partners deliver high-quality results daily while maintaining seamless procurement workflows.

You will be a highly organized professional who enjoys the "nitty-gritty" of contract management and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with Product, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure our KYC vendors are integrated effectively and performing at their peak.

On this role, you will be doing:

• Vendor Relationship Management:
-Act as a key point of contact for KYC vendors, handling daily queries and maintaining documentation.
-Assist in organizing Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure all action items are followed up on.

• Procurement & Contract Management:
-Support the end-to-end procurement process, including drafting contract renewals, coordinating signatures, and managing the onboarding of new vendors.

• Invoicing & Cost Tracking:
-Own the invoicing process, ensuring all vendor bills are accurate, reconciled against usage, and paid on time to avoid service disruptions

• Cross-Functional Coordination:
-Liaise between internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Risk & Compliance) to speed up internal sign-offs
-Ensure vendor tools are meeting the needs of our operational teams.

• Vendor Monitoring & Performance Tracking:
-Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
-Produce regular reports identifying trends, performance dips, or cost spikes, and present these to the Senior Operations Manager.

• Process Maintenance & Optimisation:
-Execute and suggest improvements to existing vendor management frameworks to ensure they remain scalable as Tide grows.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Procurement, or Vendor Management, preferably within a KYC, Risk & Compliance, Fintech or technology-focused organization.

• Proven experience in contract administration and managing external service providers.

• A solid understanding of KYC or Risk & Compliance operations is a significant advantage.

• You are someone who never lets a renewal date slip or an invoice go unverified.

• You are comfortable using Excel or BI tools to track vendor spend and performance metrics.

• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Proactive, resilient and you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable shifting priorities as the business scales.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and always looking for ways to improve systems and procedures.

• Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.
