Job Title: Manager of Revenue Operations & Sales Intelligence

Position Summary
KCH Transportation is seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations & Sales Intelligence to build and lead marketing as a revenue-driving function. This role translates commercial strategy into actionable sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer growth initiatives that directly impact the company’s ability to win and retain business.
This is a builder role, responsible for both defining strategy and executing high-impact initiatives. The position is fully embedded in KCH’s commercial operations, partnering closely with sales leadership, Business Performance, and operations to support pipeline management, account growth, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence
Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs delivering actionable market and competitor insights
Develop and manage sales materials (talk tracks, one-pagers, case studies) aligned to commercial priorities
Lead win/loss analysis and establish feedback loops to continuously improve sales effectiveness
Customer Growth & Retention
Design initiatives to grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies
Develop QBR templates and customer-facing materials to support retention and expansion
Create structured communication strategies to maintain engagement and reinforce value
Carrier & Market Strategy
Partner with operations to support carrier recruitment and retention through targeted positioning and campaigns
Develop positioning strategies for priority verticals and own event/trade show planning with clear ROI
CRM & Revenue Infrastructure
Own CRM data quality, reporting standards, and overall data health
Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Constant Contact)
Commercial Support
Support pipeline and account review processes with accurate data and reporting
Execute marketing components of go-to-market initiatives
Support communication of commission structures and maintain reporting dashboards for commercial visibility
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally across sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with revenue priorities
Manage and develop a Marketing Coordinator, expanding team capabilities over time
What This Role Is Not
This role does not include inbound lead generation, paid advertising, or social media management. The focus is on revenue enablement and commercial execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–7 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or revenue operations in a B2B environment
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain preferred
Proven ability to build programs and processes from the ground up
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
