Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.
As Manager of Quality Control, you will lead and optimize all processes related to quality assurance for our advanced UAV production, driving the launch and success of our new multicopter production line based on cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine.
You will be directly involved in the production process, planning, and quality check process, ensuring that each unit meets our high-quality standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Optimize and configure processes related to quality control across production and testing.
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team, including pilots, quality controllers, and quality engineers.
• Oversee departmental resources and timelines for inspections, analyze risks, and develop strategies to minimize them.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the quality process.
• Organize and maintain defect data collection, statistics, and claims handling; create and manage defect reports.
• Prepare documentation and act as a key stakeholder in claims management and internal repair processes.
