About the Role:
FranNet is seeking a dynamic Manager of Franchise Development to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier franchise consultants. This pivotal role ensures a consistent, professional experience for both franchisors and franchisees while directly influencing revenue growth, system performance, and competitive positioning during an exciting leadership transition and beyond. This position reports directly to FranNet’s president.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and screen prospective FranNet franchisees (consultants) to build a high-quality team.

Manage the full FranNet sales process with a focus on results and relationship-building.

Own and evolve the franchise growth strategy by identifying priority markets, ideal candidate profiles, and emerging opportunities to strengthen system-wide performance.

Represent the brand as a visible ambassador through thought leadership, industry presence, and high-impact relationships that elevate FranNet’s reputation as the gold standard in franchise consulting.

Act as a key voice in brand positioning and messaging, partnering with marketing and leadership to continuously refine how the FranNet opportunity is presented in the market.

Support lead-generation initiatives tied to consultant growth.

Champion a high-touch, values-aligned candidate experience, ensuring franchisees enter the system prepared, confident, and positioned for long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in relationship-building and consultative sales (at least 2 years).

Solid understanding of franchising, franchise development, or B2B sales environments.

Process-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and multiple stakeholders effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000.

Incentive Opportunity: Estimated up to $43,000+ but unlimited bonus potential.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance and retirement plan.

Generous PTO policy with entire balance available after 90 days.

Fully remote role with travel opportunities.
