Location

You can be based in either New York or Dallas. Our east coast hub is based in New York City. We’re proud of the work we’ve done here to help clients disrupt their industries. Our Dallas office is home to Elixirr Digital’s US headquarters. It drives our data, AI and digital solutions.

Job Summary

We’re building the best consulting firm in the world. So, we’re looking for exceptional managers with 5-8 years’ experience in strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing and / or business case development to join our global team.

Responsibilities

• As a manager, you will often be the person responsible for leading on client engagements.

• You’ll be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact on our client’s business.

• As the person responsible for delivering the work and accountable for resolving any risks and issues that arise, you’ll lead the engagement from day one.

Requirements

• You are confident and engaging.

• A proven leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop your team at the same time as overseeing project delivery, delegating and coordinating team tasks to ensure the highest quality output within agreed timeframes.
