We are building the future of media measurement, and Generative AI is at the heart of our transformation. We are seeking an experienced Manager, Full Stack Engineering to lead a new, high-impact team dedicated to building our next-generation GenAI Platform. This is a critical leadership role for a strong technical problem-solver. You will guide a talented, cross-functional team of UI, Backend, and AI/ML engineers responsible for designing, building, and scaling the foundational services, tools, and interfaces that integrate cutting-edge GenAI capabilities across our product suite. This position requires a leader who can bridge the gap between complex AI models, robust backend systems, and intuitive user interfaces. You'll be the key technical and people leader, driving project execution from concept to production and solving complex architectural challenges that will revolutionize how we measure audience engagement and deliver insights.

● Lead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team of full-stack (UI/Backend) and AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

● Platform Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the GenAI platform—from concept and architecture to deployment, observability, and iteration.

● Technical Strategy: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and architects to define the technical roadmap and architecture for a scalable, reliable, and secure GenAI platform.

● Problem-Solving: Act as the primary technical problem-solver for the team, guiding them through complex system design, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key interface between your engineering team and stakeholders in product, data science, and other business units to translate complex needs into concrete technical solutions.

● Engineering Excellence: Champion and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, security, and platform reliability.

● Hands-On Guidance: Provide technical guidance on the development of robust APIs, microservices, intuitive front-end applications, and the operationalization of AI/ML

● 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development (both front-end and back-end).

● 2-3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or management role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams.

● Strong Technical Acumen: Deep experience building and scaling cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and API-driven platforms (e.g., using AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, or Java, along with experience in designing and managing database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

● Exceptional Problem-Solver: A demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex technical problems into actionable plans, and lead a team to a solution.

● AI/ML Familiarity: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with the AI/ML landscape, particularly in integrating LLMs, NLP services, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) into applications.

● Excellent Communication: The ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving alignment across teams.

● Domain Bonus: Experience in the media, ad-tech, or audience measurement industry is a strong plus.
