As a Manager – MICE Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and execution for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE). The role involves close coordination with hotels, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless corporate travel and event experiences, both domestic and international.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Hotel & Vendor Management
• Negotiate competitive rates with hotels and event venues for accommodation, conference facilities, and banquets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and event vendors.
• Operations & Logistics
• Oversee group bookings, travel arrangements, transfers, meals, and event-related services.
• Ensure timely coordination and flawless execution of all operational elements.
• Client Servicing
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Provide consistent communication and proactive problem resolution throughout the event lifecycle.
• Budget & Cost Management
• Optimize budgets while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor costs, vendor invoices, and overall event profitability.
• On-Ground Event Support
• Coordinate on-site operations during live events to ensure smooth execution and quick issue resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners during events.
Candidate Profile
• Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in MICE operations or corporate travel management (mandatory).
• Education: Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of hotels, airlines, event venues, and travel logistics.
• Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and vendor management systems.
• Mindset: Proactive, solution-driven, and capable of performing effectively in high-pressure environments.
