The Manager - Master Development Service Charge at Qiddiya Investment Company is a critical role designed to manage and optimize the service charge framework within our dynamic development environment. This position involves implementing cost recovery strategies and ensuring that service charges effectively reflect the quality and range of services provided to our clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a transparent service charge model, manage budgeting processes, and provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the implementation of the Service charge framework and model and costs recovery process across operating asset
• Assist in setting up the reporting process and operating controls to ensure they are compliant
• Develop an integrated system with the ability to update, manage, analyze and visualize data in near real-time.
• Develop user guide for service charge model, and lead the roll out of user training sessions
• Be the point of contact for the business with any technical issues with the service charge model or cloud solution
• Enhance cross-departmental collaboration by informing opex considerations during the master planning process
• Other tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in financial modelling, cost recovery, real estate finance or data visualization in KSA or GCC
• Expertise in financial modelling and MS suite
• Expertise in Python and Power BI (4+ years’ experience)
• Good leadership skills with ability to distill key insights, interpret complex data and present in a concise manner
• Experience working in a high-pressure environment with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in multicultural environment with high standards of professionalism.
