Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Programs Manager to support the execution of global marketing programs across events, webinars, email marketing, customer engagement, and campaign operations and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and brings both operational rigor and creative energy to their work.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing and sales engines run smoothly—from coordinating logistics for global events and webinars, to managing email communications, to supporting customer marketing initiatives, lead handling processes and helping to manage our HubSpot martech. This position requires a proactive communicator who is comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities, partnering with sales teams, and ensuring execution across all marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Global Events (~20%)
•   Coordinate logistics for our participation in sponsored tradeshows, partner events, Experlogix user groups, and other events.
•   Manage pre-event planning, booth and collateral preparation, shipping, staffing coordination, and on-site support as needed.
•   Support the planning and execution of regional executive customer dinner events, including venue research, invitations, RSVPs, and coordination with attending senior leaders.
•   Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and a high-quality attendee experience.
•   Assist with event promotion across email, web, and social channels.Â
🔹 Webinars & Virtual Events (~15%)
•   Own webinar processes including setup, scheduling, and logistics—including platform configuration, speaker coordination, dry runs, and live support.
•   Manage webinar promotion, registration, and follow-up communications.
•   Ensure recordings, slides, and related assets are properly archived and distributed. Â
🔹 Email Marketing & Newsletters (~10%)
•   Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot, including newsletters for multiple product and sales teams.
•   Partner with content owners to gather assets, refine messaging, and ensure brand alignment.
•   Monitor email performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
🔹 Customer Marketing (~10%)
•   Support customer-focused initiatives such as testimonial outreach, customer communications, and engagement campaigns.
•   Assist in maintaining customer marketing lists, segments, and workflows.
🔹 Campaign Reporting & Sales Enablement (~25%)
•   Deliver weekly campaign performance reports to global sales teams, highlighting key metrics, lead flow, and upcoming marketing activities.
•   Support alignment between marketing and sales by ensuring timely communication of event leads, webinar attendees, and inbound inquiries.
🔹 Lead Management & Marketing Operations (~20%)
•   Triage inbound form submissions, ensuring accurate routing in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
•   Maintain marketing lists and data hygiene within HubSpot.
•   Assist with ongoing HubSpot maintenance, including workflows, properties, forms, and campaign setup.
•   Support general marketing operations tasks to ensure smooth execution across all programs.
Required Skills & Experience
•   10+ years of experience in marketing coordination, demand generation, events, or related roles—preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software technology.
•   Hands-on experience managing event logistics, webinar platforms, and promotional workflows.
•   Strong proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms such as Pardot/SFDC, Marketo, Eloqua) including email creation, list segmentation, online forms management, and reporting. Strong MarTech and SalesTech skills—takes initiative to learn new tech tools and AI tools to drive productivity and bigger marketing and sales results.Â
•   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
•   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
•   Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and external vendors.
•   Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and identify trends.
•   Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Nice to Have
•   Experience supporting global or multi-region events.
•   Familiarity with webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar and/or Microsoft Teams Webinar.
•   Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
•   Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
•   Exposure to customer marketing, advocacy programs, or community engagement.

•   Global events and webinars run smoothly, with clear communication, strong attendance, and positive feedback from internal stakeholders and participants.
•   Email campaigns and newsletters are delivered consistently, accurately, and with measurable improvements in engagement.
•   Sales teams receive timely, accurate weekly reporting that improves visibility into marketing performance and lead flow.
•   Lead triaging is handled efficiently, ensuring no inbound inquiry is missed and all leads are routed correctly.
